Everyone!
We just got an e-mail from our agency in NY - some good news at last... Tatiana has just returned from the Tambov region. She feels that we may be getting our referral in the Spring, March - April time. This is very much a guess and does rely on there being no unexpected delays, especially if other families (with all agencies), for some reason have to reject their referral and wait for another one to be issued.
so it is good news, but we must still be prepared there may be changes to this at any time....
WHOO HOO!
Well at least we have some idea... at the earliest Spring!....
We can all just pray that everything goes smoothly for everyone that is ahead of us.... so we are not delayed any further...
I AM SO EXCITED!
